Directions:
Quad Dewormer Chewable Tablets for Dogs may be given directly in the mouth or offered in a small amount of food. You should weigh your dog to make sure you are using the right size and number of tablets. Administer to dogs and puppies* only as follows:
2-4 lb ½ tablet
5-7 lb 1 tablet
8-12 lb 1 ½ tablet
13-18 lb 2 tablets
19-25 lb 2 ½ tablets
* Not for use in puppies less than 3 weeks of age or dogs weighing less than 2 lb.
Side Effects: Isolated incident of either vomiting, bloody stool or watery/profuse stool have been reported following treatment. If these sins are observed and they persist, consult your veterinarian.
